Robert Half AP Specialist needed for large non-profit in SF-Remote! in San Francisco, California
Description A large and established Non-profit in San Francisco is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have a detail oriented attitude, solid communication skills and be deadline orientated. Duties and Responsibilities: Process full-cycle accounts payable. Approximately 50+ invoices per week. Work with vendors regarding reconciliation of invoices and payments. Assisting in researching and reconciling any vendor discrepancies. Code and enter approved invoices into accounting system. Research and analyze accounting Accounting issues File invoices and check copies Maintain the vendor database Requirements Accounts Payable Specialist Position Requirements: - The ideal accounts payable candidate must have 3+ years of recent matching, batching, coding and entering invoices; those with fewer years of experience but feel confident are also encouraged to apply. - Successful candidates should possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment. - Proven attention to detail and an ability to work under tight deadlines is a must! Proficiency with excel skills (v-look up and pivot tables) - Working experience with a cloud based ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, NetSuite, XERO, Intacct, etc.) will be considered an asset.
