Pay Rate: $113.36 – $129.86 per hour

What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership: You will be the key point of contact and trusted partner for Technical/Program Managers across Engineering, Product Management, and UX teams. This role requires someone who can foster trust and alignment to drive the best outcomes.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with UX leadership to set priorities, define project requirements, and manage resources to ensure on-time and successful execution of design initiatives.
Clear and Impactful Communication: Keep teams informed with clear, consistent updates on program status, risks, and resource needs. Ensure everyone is aligned and empowered to deliver.
Proactive Problem-Solving: You'll be someone who anticipates challenges before they arise and develops sustainable, impactful solutions. A true problem solver at heart.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use your analytical skills to derive insights from data, influencing stakeholders, and shaping execution plans that push us closer to our goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
UX and Design Systems Expertise: A background in working with UX Design teams and a strong understanding of Design Systems is essential to succeed in this role.
Relationship Building: You know how to build trust and align diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
Process Improvement Leadership: Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements that drive organizational change and efficiency.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on making complex topics accessible to all audiences.
Attention to Detail in High-Paced Environments: Your focus and ability to juggle multiple priorities are second to none, even in rapidly changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Comfort in working with undefined or evolving project scopes, using data to guide strategic decisions.
Familiarity with user-centered design processes, Figma libraries, design systems, and the broader product development lifecycle.

Pay Details: $113.36 to $129.86 per hour
