Job Details Description This position is located out of our San Antonio Corporate office, 70% travel is required. This role has an ability to go hybrid after successful completion of training.

We are looking to hire a Special Events Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Enabling Operations Team!

In this rewarding role, you will: Serve as point of contact for operational and clinical staff, local partners, and business stakeholders including EHandS and Emergency Operations Center Coordinate the logistics for mobile clinical events, including scheduling, setup, on site operations, and concluding activities Ensure ADA-compliant accommodations, space for medical equipment, privacy needs, and accessibility for patients Coordinate the allocation and transportation of medical supplies, equipment, and technology for each event including exam tools and PPE Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all required staff are notified effectively on all upcoming special events; maintain effective communication channels to convey/coordinate last-minute changes Utilize various tools to coordinate and manage complex projects related to the utilization of Mobile Clinics and traveling staff to support event requests Conduct post-event evaluations to assess successes, areas of improvement, and overall event impact Manage, prioritize and successfully execute multiple events concurrently with minimal supervision, using well-documented project plans Work closely with managers, executives, end users, and customers (both internal and external) on assigned events Develop standardized processes and procedures designed to ensure the highest level of operational effectiveness and efficiency Develop flow diagrams and detailed instructions to ensure the operators understandability of standardized processes and procedures Develop training materials (presentations and manuals) to ensure operators are effectively trained on the strategic implementation of new processes and procedures Work closely with Mobile Operations Leadership to analyze Work in Progress (WIP) data, and identify and eliminate team, system, or process bottlenecks Develop recommendations for resolving operational flow issues and help recommendations Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Travel required up to 70% Have project management skills, ability to plan, organize and manage all elements of special events including timeline development, task delegation, and milestone tracking Have logistic coordination skills to coordinate complex logistical aspects of mobile clinical events such as equipment transportation, site set up, and travel Have strong analytical, data analysis, problem-solving and presentation skills The ability to handle confidential information Have demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated Have strong written and verbal communication skills Have the ability to quickly foster relationships and credibility at all levels Have excellent organization and follow-up skills

You must have: A Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Business Administration, or equivalent experience/combined education 5 - 10 years of direct experience in project management The ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

Travel Required Yes. up to 70% national travel required

Salary Range: $85,415.97 - $104,397.30 + up to 8% Bonus potential
