The Wang Research Group in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Utah is looking to recruit a postdoctoral researcher. This federally project is focused on high performance, chemically recyclable polymer matrix for carbon fiber reinforced polymer materials. This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with a strong polymer chemistry background to break new ground in applied polymer material research, and build a research program that can launch their independent career. Since 2022, the Wang group has innovated several new fronts in the sustainability of polymer networks, including recent publications on Polymer Chemistry, ACS Sustainable Chemistry and Engineering, and ACS Materials Letters.
