As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll shape the future of our diagnostic IT solutions. Your role involves driving innovation, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the success of our upstream product portfolio. Specifically, you'll oversee the AMR National Surveillance IT platform, a secure cloud-based software-as-a-service that plays a crucial role in safeguarding public health, preserving effective antibiotics, and mitigating antimicrobial resistance. This platform enables real-time monitoring, data collection, collaboration, and predictive modeling, ultimately empowering national authorities to make informed decisions and enhance patient care. What will be your responsabilities? * Vision and Strategy: Develop a clear vision for the upstream product line, aligning it with the company strategy. Define roadmaps and long-term goals. * Market Insights: Understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and trends. Identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. * Product Development: Collaborate with RandD, engineering, and design teams to translate market insights into product requirements. Drive new diagnostic solutions. * Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life. Continuously improve based on feedback. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, and clinical teams for successful product launches. Who are you? * Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (microbiology, pharmarcy, epidemiology). * Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the diagnostics or healthcare industry. * Knowledgeable in infection prevention and antimicrobial resistance * Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results. * Excellent communication and leadership abilities. * Fluent in English * IT/Analytics experiences
