Description New York or New England based Field Application Specialist 1 - Food Safety and Quality Division
Provide field scientific support and services, including sales support, training, qualification, field actions deployment at all stages of bMx solutions life cycle management, guarantee added value, and ensure lab method implementation.
Main Accountabilities:
- Coordinate and provide consulting, technical training and on-going support on bioMerieux solutions
- Answer internal and external customer inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory through timely and accurate documentation in CRM system
- Provide consistent follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and meet KPI
- Develop and retain business, strengthen customer relationship
- Make laboratory recommendations around the equipment and solutions in order to optimize the workflow
- Ability to perform routine training
Ability to travel overnight average 60% within primarily Northeast US but also nationwide Job Qualifications:
Bachelor/ Master's degree in biology/microbiology/molecular
- 1-3 years' experience in biology or industrial microbiology
