Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
As a Production Worker, your primary responsibilities will include the preparation of materials and handling of raw materials. You will be tasked with measuring small amounts of metals into containers, weighing them, and loading the materials into the machinery. A key part of your role will also involve ensuring the product is correctly coming off of the production line. Initially, you will work closely with the operators, and with sufficient training, you will have the opportunity to progress to the position of an operator.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Salisbury, North Carolina.
Work Environment
This job will take place in a challenging environment which is not heated or cooled and may be dirty. You will be part of a small, focused team of 18 employees plant-wide, primarily interacting with a lead. Despite the conditions, this role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and on-the-job learning.
