Description

We are offering an exciting short-term contract employment opportunity for a seasoned Systems Administrator. The primary focus of this role is to facilitate the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our Globalscape system, as well as actively contribute to various ongoing projects. This role requires a strong background in system administration, cloud technologies, and data migration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise for Globalscape EFTP platform with some Microsoft Azure and Active Directory experience

• Collaborate with the project team to develop Globalscape event rules in accordance with existing policies and procedures

• Perform common system administration tasks on the Globalscape system when necessary

• Support integrations between third-party tools or services and Globalscape

• Assist in real-time troubleshooting of Globalscape event rule and file movement processes

• Ensure 24x7 operations of the mission-critical Globalscape systems

• Collaborate with Information Security to ensure data security for production staging and development environments related to Globalscape

• Ensure compliance with PCI policies

• Actively participate in the migration of file movement from a legacy application to Globalscape

• Develop and implement procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance specific to Globalscape event rules

Requirements • Proficiency in Systems Administration and related functions

• Demonstrable skills in Operations and Procedures management

• Capacity to provide Technical Support and troubleshoot system issues

• Ability to design and implement system policies and procedures

• Experience with Workstation Support and Production management

• Capability to perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks as required

• Willingness to travel as per job requirements

• Proficient in Active Directory management and Python programming

• Experience in handling system Consolidations, Cloud Technologies, and Migrations

• Skills in Integration and Implementation of system changes

• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations

• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Azure

• Experience in Change Management and resolving Technical Issues

• Familiarity with System Administration and Third Party management
