Description
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Help Desk Analyst I to join our client's team located in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri! This role provides an opportunity for those passionate about IT and customer service to troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and escalated Tier 1.5 tickets linked to hardware, software, and network issues. This contract to permanent employment opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where you will be collaborating with other IT staff to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Bilingual in Spanish, French, or Arabic is a huge plus
Responsibilities
Contribute to user account management, including tasks such as password resets, account provisioning, and access control.
Support and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus updates and patch management.
Provide deep diagnostics and resolution for Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and common business applications.
Respond to and effectively troubleshoot both Tier 1 and escalated Tier 1.5 tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.
Collaborate with IT staff to identify recurring issues and suggest improvement measures.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to Tier 2 or appropriate teams, ensuring detailed documentation is provided.
Participate in maintaining and updating the internal knowledge base and documentation.
Assist in basic system administration tasks such as group policy updates and software installations.
Provide both remote and occasional on-site support as needed.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
Extensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies, including the ability to implement and manage network solutions.
Expertise in Citrix Technologies, particularly in setting up and managing virtualized environments.
Familiarity with Mac Computers, including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with experience in managing databases and drafting reports.
Experience in Active Directory, with a focus on managing user accounts and access controls.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair Apple Devices, including iPhones and iPads.
Strong understanding of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and repair common hardware issues.
Proficiency in Configuration Management, with the ability to ensure system stability and performance.
Experience in Deployments, particularly in rolling out new software solutions and updates.
