Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift - 4107
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance Technician 1
The Maintenance Technician 1 provides technical support for electrical and engineering challenges within a manufacturing environment. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, assembling and repairing electrical systems, and collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
Shift: 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm)
Key Responsibilities * Provide technical assistance for electrical and engineering issues during all phases of construction. * Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes using hand tools and measuring instruments. * Collaborate with engineers to identify and solve developmental problems. * Analyze test information to resolve design-related issues. * Create or modify diagrams and write engineering specifications for experimental electronics. * Install, repair, modify, and upgrade industrial control systems, including PLC systems. * Assist in the design, evaluation, and repair of electrical equipment. * Complete all necessary documentation accurately. * Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Competencies * Manufacturing support * Hand tools * Troubleshooting * Intermediate proficiency in equipment maintenance, monitoring, and repair * Process documentation * Strong manual dexterity and ability to lift/move heavy objects. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and interpret work instructions accurately.
Qualifications Required * Education: High School * Experience: Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience with a basic understanding of electrical troubleshooting and principles
