MANAGER BU ASSEMBLIES
Reports to: Plant Manager AA Rychnov nad Kneznou
Location: Rychnov, Czech Republic

Our offering includes doors, door and window hardware, locks, access control and service. The division has an annual turnover of €2billion and 12,000 employees, with commercial and operational activities managed through 13 Market Regions across Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa.
Currently we are looking for BU Assemblies Manager to take over management of the plant mechanical assemblies in Rychnov nad Kneznou and being the main contact for mechanical assemblies customers. We are looking for a strong managerial personality with strategic thinking, technical knowledge, the ability to manage, coach and motivate a team of colleagues, be a team player and in general enjoying working with us.
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder will be responsible for the management of the assemblies, for the efficient setting of assembly processes and for the economic result of the business unit.
Principal Responsibilities:
Responsible for assembly processes
Ensures smooth daily operations.
Operational and strategic planning of capacities, costs
Reporting to Plant Manager at AA Rychnov nad Kneznou
Main contact for component customers, stakeholders
Any other duties according to superior.
Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities
Educated to University degree level in Mechanical Engineering or a related subject - advantage.
Experience of working in a multicultural team and in an international environment is essential.
Excellent English language skills
Self-motivated to solve problems, curious, focused, taking initiatives.
At least 5 years’ experience working in a management role.
Keen team player who understands the importance of meeting deadlines and who thrives in a busy, challenging environment.
Strong analytical, strategy development and deployment skills, communications skills
Highly Proficient in all MS Office applications
Ability to take on responsibility, ownership and to work independently.
Prepared to travel internationally.
Prepared to have fun at work and to share her/his hobbies with us.
