This position is based out of our Ron Hance Operations Center in Rutland, Vermont and assists in training all Heritage Family Credit Union employees. The perfect candidate for this role will support the development and delivery of learning initiatives that increase the capability and expertise of all levels of employees. Responsible for assisting in planning, developing, implementing and tracking new hire onboarding and training activities throughout the Credit Union. Must be able to accommodate a modified schedule at times and travel to other branches to conduct training and assist with running on the MSR line when needed for coverage.

Starting Salary:\$20.75 - \$22.00/hour

Schedule:Full time. 40+ hours per week Monday - Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. Office location is in Rutland, Vermont.
