Community Care Network is seeking a Maplewood Supervisor in Rutland, Vermont.

About the Role:
[]{#_GoBack}The Supervisor of Maplewood is responsible for providing direct supervision, support, guidance, structure, and oversight to the Maplewood Recovery Specialist Team. This includes managing a 24/7 schedule to ensure staffing, facilitating/co-facilitating team meetings, reviewing documentation, pre- and post-interview process, onboarding, performance management issues, and ensuring adherence to training requirements. This position requires close communication and collaboration with the Residential Manager, as well as participation in an on-call rotation.
Principal Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day oversight of staff engagement, supports, and service delivery to individuals receiving care.
Manage facility schedule to ensure staff hours, vacations, and appropriate floor coverage.
Conduct new hire interviews in collaboration with Human Resources and facilitate pre and post interview process when appropriate.
Provide initial and continuous training, and onboarding for new hires.
Maintains flexibility in being able to work with different individuals as needed due to potential staff shortages, emergencies, etc.
Provides a positive team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work or other related field preferred.
Minimum of two years\' experience in a Recovery Specialist or similar position preferred.
Previous supervisory and case management experience preferred.
Ability to work with clients and their families in a residential-based setting.
Strong understanding of the etiology and treatment of mental illness and ability to assess crisis situations and intervene appropriately.
Ability to provide recovery-oriented counseling/support.
Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
