EMPLOYEE OWNERS WANTED- SHIFT 1 and 2
Shift 1: 7am-3pm
Shift 2: 3pm-11pm
Starting pay up to 17.85 per hour
Carris Reels is seeking quality-minded, dependable individuals to take the next step in their career and become an Employee Owner! Ideal candidates will have stable work history, reliable transportation, and must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening.
Carris Vermont Production Locations:
- Center Rutland Mill- Manufacturer of plywood reel components.
{=html} <!-- --> - Center Rutland Plastics- Manufacturer of molded plastic reels. - Center Rutland Tin and Bolt- Manufacturer of stamped tin reels and bolts used to make reels. - West Rutland Assembly- We assemble components from the other local sites here and load them into trucks for our customers.

Education / Experience:
- Prior machine operation/manufacturing experience preferred
- General knowledge of small hand tools.
- Forklift experience/license preferred
- High School Diploma or educational equivalent preferred
- Math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
