TEKsystems Customer Service/Sales Representative (Direct Hire) in Rocklin, California
Our client in Rocklin is looking for engaged and independent member service professionals to help their members achieve their financial goals. Please note this is a long term direct placement opportunity so we want candidate who are looking for a career!
Schedule: M-F, 6am to 6:30pm - Must be available anytime during this window, will be set 8 hour shift.
Location: Rocklin, CA (fully onsite)
Pay Rate: Determined on experience - $20.80 to $23/HR + Quarterly Incentives
Summary: As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be part of a supportive and dynamic member focused sales team. This Representative works in a fast-paced environment focused on serving our members over the phone with a variety of banking needs, including account inquiries, loan support, and cross-selling products and services to help members.
Qualifications:
Must have 1+ year of sales and upselling experience
Must have 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role
Must be comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer service
Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns
Banking experience is not required - 5 week paid training program provided
