Ukrainian Federal Credit Union Marketing Assistant in Rochester, New York

Ensures that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members. Responsible for assisting in the coordination of marketing events and activities by performing a variety of support duties related to the marketing function within the credit union. Delivers outstanding service to internal and external members in alignment with the credit union’s Service Promises. Meets or exceeds all service and sales expectations. Possesses adequate product knowledge as measured by the annual product knowledge certification assessment. Provides assistance to the Marketing Coordinator. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties such as: Manages marketing inventory and ensures all branches are sufficiently supplied (mugs, pens, lanyards, mints, etc.); Sets up meetings/appointments as directed by Marketing Coordinator; and Prepares gifts for new corporate employees or visitors to the Credit Union as directed by Marketing Coordinator or CEO. Coordinates the production of a wide range of marketing communications through but not limited to e-mail, digital signage, social media, flyers, inserts, posters, brochures, etc. Drives onboarding effort of new members with timely communication of products and services, coordinates follow-up. Coordinates credit union surveys in print and digital, collects responses, and prepares reports of results. Maintains website utilizing Wordpress. Monitors bank internet presence, reputation, and reviews on platforms such as Google and Facebook; regularly updates and publishes content on various social media sites and business listing pages. Fulfills requests from branch managers and branch personnel for all marketing related items such as brochures, posters, and promotional items. Maintains member database; updates contact information and addresses when necessary. Assists with planning and coordinating annual and special credit union events, activities, and seminars. Promotes the credit union internally, publishes content to intranet or other means. Attends credit union related events, community festivals, and other events to represent the credit union.Associates degree in any field of study. Two (2) years related experience as a Customer Experience Manager or related occupation. Experience is required and must include the following: Maintaining website utilizing WordPress; Working with word processing, spreadsheet and database software; Handling content marketing including Graphic Design and Video Editing; Performing Social Media Management; and Conducting Market Research in order to understand customer preferences, identify target markets, and assess competition. Must be able to speak Ukrainian.
