What you’ll achieve

As an Outside Sales Workforce Product Specialist, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s products and services.

You will:

  • Manage and support accounts, including product account planning, sales forecasting and facilitating organizational alignment in cross-functional virtual teams across moderate to complex opportunities

  • Gain access and build relationships with decision makers and technical personnel

  • Recognize and articulate characteristics of the customer environments and provide insight and advice to customers concerning applicability of specific products and services technologies

  • Match product and/or service technology to a customer need, highlighting a differentiated advantage, and analyze and apply industry, competitor, and market knowledge

  • Evangelize the Dell Point of View on the Modern Workplace - Transform Work & Innovate Anywhere

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge of Client Workforce Transformation Solution design, architecture and associated customer conversations with knowledge of technical products, families and services

  • Ability to position Dell Technologies CSG portfolio against major competitive offering

  • Good oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and leadership

  • Proactive and outcome-oriented, acumen to build TCO value propositions, communicate Dell’s unique value

Desirable Requirements

  • At least 2 years of related experience in a relationship selling role.

  • At least 2 years of field sales experience
