Insight Global Accounts Payable Specialist in Richmond, Virginia
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team at a local public school system. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, processing purchase orders, processing checks, and ensuring all information is accurate within the system. They will pre-audit documents, checking debits against credits, checking or figuring extensions, reconciling statements or verifying invoice forms. Other responsibilities include clerical tasks such as answering the phone, responding to radio system, opening mail, sorting documents, and stuffing bills

Skills and Requirements
2 or more years of experience in Accounts Payable
Data entry experience
Oracle experience Degree
Experience with local government or school systems null
