Your responsibilities encompass employee management, customer relations, site appearance, equipment maintenance, and overall site performance.

 

Job Title: Site Manager - Richfield location!

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for *leading the day-to-day operation of the site, team members, and communicating with other leaders in the company.*
  • Lead*manage, and hold site employees *accountable
  • Manages* the level of performance of their site, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and *efficiency
  • Develop great *customer relationships and address customer concerns, questions, and needs*
  • Own and *manage employee trainingscheduling, and *labor costs
  • Ensure that *safety and security are emphasized, practiced, and periodically reviewed*
  • Enforce *company policies and procedures and communicate changes*
  • Lead* the recruitmentonboardingdiscipline, and dismissal processes*
  • Conduct *performance reviews, and build a positive and rewarding culture as you exhibit extreme ownership and set the tone for your site*
  • Coach*motivate, and train new and existing employees*
  • *Maintain excellent site *appearance
  • Ensure that the *wash is operating properly by monitoring the quality of the wash, addressing areas for improvement, and resolving wash issues*
  • Complete *basic equipment maintenance including regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure machinery is in proper working order*
  • Perform *administrative duties including paperwork, inventory, and documentation*
  • Meet and exceed established *volumerevenue, and *profitability goals
  • Attract, recruit, develop and *retain employees*
  • Complete *dailyweekly, and monthly checklist on building, lot, and equipment*

     

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Pol ite, approachable, and positive demeanor.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Managerial experience or equivalent demonstrated
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • May be required to climb ladders as part of cleaning duties.
  • Ability to work outside in varying temperatures.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time, Exempt
  • 10-hour shift, 5 days a week
  • Weekend availability, various shifts
  • On-call on "off" days
  • Be present on site
  • *Limited in-office time *(90% outside with team engagement)
