AIRTEC EQUIPMENT Store Manager in RICE LAKE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We seek a candidate experienced in all dealership departments (Parts, Sales, Service, and F&I). We require our Store Manager to lead by example and guide the store\'s team members to assist our customers better. An excellent candidate is self-reliant, dependable, and trustworthy. Responsibilities: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and supervising staff at the store Creating employee schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to employees, and following up with employees to ensure tasks are completed to company standards Training new employees and facilitating ongoing training for employees Evaluating staff based on performance-based metrics Setting criteria for staff, such as sales performance and customer approval or complaints Giving staff financial goals and sales targets to meet on a scheduled basis Managing the store, both retail and company, inventory, including loss prevention Communicating with other store locations, departments, and management to provide sustainable progress Skills and Qualifications: Sales experience and exceptional customer service skills: 3 years Exceptional Leadership and Management skills Excellent communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Exceptional computer skills Experience in Agricultural Sales, Powersports, Marine, Small Engines, or Automotive is required Benefits: Retirement Matching Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance Employee Discount Paid Time Off Profit Sharing Holiday Pay Schedule: Monday through Friday (alternating weekends) Job Type: Full-time Pay: To be discussed with serious applicants; based on experience ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: 1230 S Main St Rice Lake, WI 54868 E-Mail a Rsum: jzwiefelhofer@airtecsports.com
