ManpowerGroup Sourcing Analyst in Reynoldsburg, Ohio

Our client, in the retail industry, is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join their team.

Job Title: Sourcing Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $20/hr

What’s the Job?

As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be an individual contributor responsible for supporting product launches, managing daily operational tasks, and conducting analyses, including RFQ (Request for Quote) management and data collection to support sourcing decisions for components and functional devices within various subcategories of the business portfolio.

  • Gather and analyze vendor quotes for new business.

  • Manage and follow up on information related to the RFQ process with vendors.

  • Track raw material adjustments and execute system updates.

  • Resolve invoice discrepancies.

  • Assist with new vendor setup and onboarding.

  • Maintain vendor profiles and capabilities.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or substantial relevant experience.

  • Experience in sourcing, using Excel, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proficiency in cost analysis.

  • Willingness to learn and ask questions when unsure.

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Critical eye for detail.
