Join our team as a Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance department, lead a skilled technician team and minimizing downtime. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits.
salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Directs the total maintenance activities associated with production machine repair, preventive maintenance, building and outside grounds upkeep
Be involved in special projects relating to changes and improvements throughout the facility and fully supports Engineering projects.
Provide training and technical assistance to support maintenance efforts.
Determine schedules and skill requirements for all three shifts.
Maintain a proper supply of machines, tools, and inventory of spare parts.
Establish a technical library, reference materials and information.
Incorporate a preventative maintenance program and document activities.
Provide a clean, orderly and well-maintained maintenance atmosphere.
Communicate with production, engineering and material service departments.
Contract, communicate and follow work outside service providers.
Support machine moves and changes needed by other departments.
Communicate with upper management, relay company policies and requirements.
Encourage the exchange of ideas, promote safety and responsibility.
The essential functions of this role include:
