What you’ll do
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems, managing difficult to meet deliverables, and the ability to coordinate many teams. You'll define and execute strategies for process improvements and cost reductions, while managing deliverables with visibility up to the SVP level.

Define requirements scope, including estimations for deliverables such as requirements and conceptual design tasks and related documentation
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and improve organization performance
Host regularly scheduled status meeting with stakeholders
Prepare communication plans and strategies for stakeholder engagement
Manage projects from implementation to closure
Drive critical cross-org programs within OCI Sovereign Cloud
Basic Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required
3-5 years leading complex technical / engineering programs, preferably in a cloud services provider
Ability to effectively represent perspectives to partner organizations, product teams, and executive leadership
Ability to work across and engage individuals and teams located across multiple geographies and or cultures
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering staff at all levels including the executive level
Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands
Strong knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
