Description
SAIC’s Health Account is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Leadership team, manage marketing events, operational activities, and client management. This dual-role position combines programmatic support with event coordination, offering a pivotal opportunity to contribute to the strategic and operational success of the organization.
This role will work out of our Reston office and have a hybrid remote capacity to it.
Key Responsibilities:
Programmatic Support
Serve as the primary program support for the Health Leadership team.
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling events, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.
Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for executive and team meetings.
Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Manage and track projects.
Prepare updates and provide status reports on all open projects.
Event and Marketing Logistics
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute events, including sponsorships, conferences, and trade shows.
Coordinate event logistics such as venue bookings, shipping, booth setup, and swag distribution.
Track event budgets, invoices, and contracts to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
Act as the point of contact for vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders for event-related activities.
Provide on-site support during events as needed to ensure smooth execution.
General Administrative Duties
Maintain and organize documentation, files, and records for the Health Leadership team.
Monitor and process expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks.
Support departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Assist with internal communications related to events and logistics.
Client Engagement Duties
Plan and coordinate client meetings.
Help prepare for Client meetings.
Prepare presentations for Client meetings.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors and 14 years of experience. Will consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Event planning and/or logistics experience.
Project based experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work onsite at SAIC’s Reston Headquarters at least three days per week.
Preferred:
Experience collaborating with marketing or events teams.
Familiarity with tools like Concur, or project management platforms.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
