SUMMARY:
The IT Application Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to various system users including identifying and resolving system issues, creating or updating SOPs, creating and maintaining access roles and groups, and adding or terminating user access.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Experience working with enterprise applications, including: (preference)
- Casino Management systems (Konami Synkros)
- Everi Promotion and Enrollment kiosk
- Lodging Management systems (iSeries - Agilysys LMS)
- Document Management system (Agilysys - Datamagine)
- ERP systems (iSeries - Infinium)
- Payroll/Time Clock systems (Unifocus)
- Procurement Sourcing systems (iSeries - Stratton Warren)
- Point-of-Sale (windows - Infogenesis)
Hands-on experience working in integrated development environments, including systems outlined above. Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems Familiarity with SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio Experience with OS400 operating systems. Familiarity with the Casino and Hospitality industry.
