Drylock Technologies, Ltd. Production Operator in Reidsville, North Carolina
Starting Pay From $21.25 per hour + (Shift differential for working the night shift)

As a production operator, you'll work three or four 12 hour shifts each week, working either (7am-7pm) or (7pm-7am).
As a production operator, you will:
- Monitor machine operation for efficiency and quality
- Prep, load, and set parameters for raw materials
- Perform quality checks and basic preventive maintenance on machines
- Detect deviations from normal machine behavior
- Troubleshoot root causes to solve machine operation problems
Production Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1-year manufacturing related experience
- Minimum 1-years consecutive employment with 1 employer
- Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs (and up to 75 lbs occasionally)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills essential
- Previous machine operation preferred (onsite training available)
