Insight Global Epic Senior Trainer in Rancho Cordova, California

Job Description

Collaborate closely with project teams to translate workflows and

patient experience objectives into technical requirements.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, define

learning goals, and ensure training materials meet learner needs and

organization objectives.

Ensures timely delivery of training materials and resources to support

operational readiness.

Facilitates group and at the elbow training sessions for assigned

projects and operational programs.

Provides feedback on training effectiveness and identify strategies to

enhance performance and meet learning goals.

Provides ongoing support, troubleshooting, problem solving, and

instruction for end users.

Coordinates and presents technical training classes.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training by analyzing end-user

performance and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired

outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

Must be certified in Epic Ambulatory.

Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

Minimum of 2 years experience providing training support in a Healthcare setting.

Strong understanding of clinical workflows, including patient care processes, medical terminology,

and health care regulatory standards.

Experience in troubleshooting and providing hand-on support to users, with the ability to solve

complex problems and adapt training approaches as necessary.

Experience with project management principles, including development of timelines, coordination

with multiple teams, and ability to manage concurrent deliverables.

Experience with technical analysis, documentation and writing.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate productively, work in a team environment,

and train to support users at all professional and technical levels. null
