Essential Job Duties:
Maintain and track budget expenditures
Provide oversight of account reconciliations for departmental accounts and purchase cards
Execute faculty appointment letters and contracts
As needed, enter and update the teaching schedule for the department in accordance with University timelines
Act as a liaison with Registration and Records and DASA Human Resources, preparing accurate requests and materials for submission
