Description:
This position is a solution validation engineer for networking products. Fully remote but must sit in the Raleigh, NC area
Creates and reviews project deliverables e.g Design Recommendations, High level design, low level design, implementation/change management plans
HSRPP, VRRP, VLAN, VTP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Macsec, PFC, etc.
L2 Switching

Top Skills Details:
Experience in product lines like ASR1k, ASR9000, CRS, ISR1K, ASR9K, NCS500, NCS5500. NCS5700, NCS2K, NCS4K, NCS4200, C8000 Series Routers (Spitfire), Cat9K, Cat8K, Cat6K Series Switches
Deep technical knowledge and understanding like BGP, OSPF, ISIS, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN, Multicast, Traffic Engineering, Security, QoS,
Knowledge of software programmability (Python/Ansible/Rest APIs), Automation
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Deliverables: Operational focus, lifecycle management, implementation plans, configuration runbooks, change execution & post change support
