Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Raleigh, North Carolina. The selected candidate will join our team and will be tasked with various responsibilities revolving around the management of customer credit, including processing applications, keeping records accurate, and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications.
• Maintain and manage precise customer credit records.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Manage mail sorting tasks, requiring onsite presence.
• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for various accounting functions.
• Handle cash activity and maintain a detailed record.
• Prepare and send certified letters and invoices.
• Engage in friendly and personable customer service interactions.
• Operate remote deposits to FCB and PNC portal. Requirements • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Demonstrable knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures
• Familiarity with Billing Functions
• Ability to monitor and manage Cash Activity
• Experience in Cash Handling
