Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Clinical Real World Evidence Generation (CRWEG) value team in our Research & Development Division IT.
The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of data structures, document assembly, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders across various sub-functional teams.
Proficiency in prompt engineering with LLMs is essential as you will be tasked with not just capturing requirements but also helping to onboard business functions into an enterprise system where they can create content using Generative AI technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the functions and processes of different teams contributing to and consuming documentation.
Analyze and map out document structures to understand how they are created using data from various upstream and downstream teams as well as systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and build artefacts such as (but not limited to) user requirements, user stories, feature specifications, templates which represent the generic structure of each our Research & Development Division functional document.
Proactively set up and manage your work load as you build out Generative AI enabled documents in line with the enterprise standards to enhance productivity across the our Research & Development Division enterprise.
Shadow and observe existing team members in creating document templates which can help our Research & Development Division Authors to save time on drafting content.
Maintain a clear understanding of business needs and provide actionable insights that contribute to the business objectives in driving change and productivity gains using Generative AI.
Manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively across different time zones, ensuring timely delivery of results.
Required Skills:
Familiarity with prompt engineering and data analysis tools, along with a foundational knowledge of Data Science principles and software development lifecycle.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on stakeholder and requirements management.
High emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics within a diverse team environment.
Demonstrated intuition regarding urgency and prioritization, contributing to effective decision-making processes.
Excellent communication skills in conveying ideas clearly and effectively.
Ability to analyze complex issues and propose actionable solutions.
Preferred Skills
Experience with any regulatory systems, GxP, GLP systems would be valued.
Experience working with Python.
Data flow mapping skills.

Working Conditions:

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
$85,600.00 - $134,800.00
