Must love working with an older population and be kind, compassionate and patient. An ideal Activities Aid needs to be able to encourage residents to participate in social activities.

What will you do:

-Activities department assists with planned activities for residents.Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.

-Activities Aides help monitor supplies and keep a neat orderly activity space.

-Will help in the planning of larger events as well as plan and implement their own activities.

-Basic computer skills are required.

Minimum Requirements:

-High School diploma/ GED or supplemental experience in working with the elderly

Pay Range:$16.20 - $23.50

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
