CS WIND America Inc. Supply Chain Analyst (Entry-Level) in Pueblo, Colorado
Monitor and manage inventory levels of components and materials for wind turbine production using SAP and MySQL to ensure availability meets production schedules; Conduct comprehensive bid analysis and negotiate prices with suppliers of wind turbine parts to secure timely delivery and quality compliance; Use Power BI, SAP, and MySQL to analyze supply chain data from procurement to production, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement; Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain by evaluating alternative suppliers and optimizing logistics strategies; Generate detailed reports on supply chain metrics such as delivery times, costs, and supplier performance to track and enhance operational efficiency; Forecast demand for various wind turbine models and their components using advanced data analytics to optimize production scheduling and manage inventory; Lead process improvement initiatives in the supply chain to reduce lead times and streamline production flow; Ensure all supply chain activities comply with industry standards, government regulations, and global sustainability practices; Implement and manage advanced supply chain management software to improve data visibility and decision-making; and Work with manufacturing, engineering, and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives, and communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and respond to business needs.
