Senior Manager, Statistical Programming, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Princeton, NJ. Create SAS programs to generate derived analysis datasets per the data specifications following analysis data model (ADaM) standards. Generate tables, listings, and figures (TFLs), per the data presentation plan. Perform programming validation to ensure quality of analysis datasets and outputs. Provide comprehensive programming support for external control arm projects using real world data to generate real world evidence, including development of programming strategies, standards and specifications. Harmonize multiple data sources, create inverse probability of treatment weighting and matching data sets, and conduct statistical analysis. Prepare and maintain electronic submission deliverables in compliance with published industry standards and project/study-specific requirements. Review key planning documents (e.g., statistical analysis plan, data presentation plan, data review plan) to ensure alignment with development team objectives, clarity and completeness of programming assumptions and requirements. Assess impact on programming activities to help the development team with decision making. Provide leadership for ensuring quality of Global Biometric and Data Sciences (GBDS) deliverables by consistently applying standards and complying with regulatory requirements, guidance and corporate and departmental SOPs and work practices. Lead and / or perform programming assignments across multiple projects with very minimal supervision. Coach new programmers or junior programmers. Support improvement initiatives. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Sciences or a related field, and four (4) years of related work experience.Must have experience with/in:•SAS programming;•Derived analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures; and•CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium) standards, Software tools and applications such as MS office, XML and Pinnacle 21 Enterprise.The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.
