Hyatt Senior Leisure Sales Manager | Luxury & Lifestyle in PRAHA 1, Czech Republic
Description:
As a Senior Leisure Sales Manager at ANDAZ Prague, you will lead our sales team and collaborate with the DOSM, Revenue Department, and Hotel Managers to achieve revenue and marketing targets. You'll interact with external stakeholders, including corporate clients, local associations, and travel partners, to enhance our market presence and business volume.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute market strategies with DOSM to achieve revenue goals
Drive total revenue across rooms, events, F&B, and SPA
Set and implement short, mid, and long-term strategies with key stakeholders
Lead and inspire the sales team, setting goals and providing feedback
Engage with clients through meetings, site inspections, trade shows, and more
Support DOSM with professional advice
Coordinate advertising, sales promotion, and community relations
Create programs to increase average rates, occupancy, and off-peak business
Enhance the hotel's image in the community and participate in local associations
Monitor and analyze sales activities and internal promotions
Study competition and market trends for sales leads
Recommend productive advertising strategies
Maintain contact with airlines, travel agencies, and other key partners
Oversee public relations to boost hotel awareness
Manage budget and analyze financial performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
2-3 years of sales experience in a five-star environment
Strong local business knowledge and trends
Proficiency in English; other languages preferred
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Experience in budget preparation and analysis
Proficiency in MS Office
