As a Transportation Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily transportation activities. Using standard work processes and solutions, you will be responsible for creating shipments and optimizing routes to meet service requirements while minimizing costs.

What you’ll do when joining the team?

  • Utilizing advanced techniques to identify the most efficient routes for transportation.

  • Managing and updating the daily routing guide to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.

  • Proactively monitoring transportation events and taking necessary actions to address any issues or delays.

  • Maintaining regular communication with carriers to coordinate transportation logistics and optimize load consolidation. Collaborating with ship sites to gather necessary information and ensure smooth transportation operations.

  • Collaborating with the Customer Service Operations (CSO) team to address any transportation-related concerns.

  • Analyzing transportation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications

This role is for you if you:

  • Are fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken)

  • Have excellent MS Office Package skills (MS Excel specifically)

  • Have very strong leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills

  • Have ability to grow by taking advantages on rapid changes and positive attitude towards challenges and change

  • Enjoy working with diverse organizations and teams and have strong collaboration skills
