Competitive compensation:

  • Weekly pay
  • $13.00 to $15.00 per hr. base(hourly wage determined on experience)

     Job Description:

  • Receive inbound calls from customers with service needs. Schedule service appointments for customers.

  • Handle all guest inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor, providing general or related vehicle service information with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain and communicate exceptional service knowledge to our guests.
  • Gather and track all guest data as directed and accurately enter this information into the DMS database.
  • Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership to help address guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufacturer's objectives.
  • Will work in a team-based environment.
  • Facilitate timely follow-up on all scheduled appointments as directed by management and procedures.
  • Partner with the Service Manager on activities in the dealership. Communicate with the dealership management or front-line employees on behalf of our guests.
  • Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous dealership experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Interest and ability to make a high-volume of outbound calls.
  • Tech-savvy and experience with CRM or the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high workload.
