Consult new prospects on the different options available in the STARS model to find the best fit for each client. Analyze current customer business processes to identify the areas where STARS can bring upside and determine how STARS can adapt to those needs. Coordinate internal and external communication from pitching to launch. Manage and guide optimal assortment across the brand portfolio for the managed customer perimeter. Coordinate and work closely with Corporate Product team and local brand managers to define the best assortment for each account to maximize sell-out performance. Maintain a dashboard to identify key stock drivers and build monthly reconciliations between Sales and incoming inventory. Manage the customer’s inventory across the Luxottica portfolio to ensure accurate stock ownership at store and warehouse level to optimize the sell out and cash flow. Coordinate and execute quarterly top line forecasting/ budgeting cycle top line by customer for the whole STARS NA perimeter. Benchmark STARS planning and order writing processes to the global best practice and report local market customization. Manage the STARS procurement process across the Brand portfolio to support the existing customer perimeter and to serve upcoming launches. Manage STARS performance and KPIs across existing customer portfolio supported by a direct report. Develop and provide budget submission for customers and brands. Prepare quarterly business reviews to cover the STARS NA perimeter KPI and related commentary. Design and implement planning and logistic flows to enable Integrated offer (I/O) on new customers. Lead a team of 2 or more direct reports.May telecommute pursuant to company policiesRequirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Management, Informatics, Engineering, or related field and two years of work experience in job offered or related occupation or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Informatics, Engineering, or related field and five years of work experience in job offered or related occupation.
