Crossroads is seeking a Program Manager to support the Navy at Norfolk.

Job Title:Program Manager (PM)

Location: Norfolk/Dam Neck area

Job Type:Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management:Oversee both technical and administrative aspects of Government contract performance, ensuring all activities conform to the terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Contract Data Deliverables:Provide contract data deliverables and maintain oversight of contract schedule and cost.
  • Liaison Role:Serve as a liaison between the Customer Representative and corporate management, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Resource Organization:Organize resources to support multiple concurrent activities and projects.
  • Administrative Oversight:Manage administrative oversight of contractual matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Project Support:Manage services simultaneously while supporting various projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Scope of Work:

  • Task Management:Directly manage tasks and programs listed in the Statement of Work (SOW), ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Compliance:Ensure all activities conform to the terms and conditions of the contract, including technical and administrative aspects.
  • Coordination:Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Customer Representative and corporate management.
  • Resource Allocation:Organize and allocate resources to support multiple concurrent activities and projects.
  • Oversight:Provide administrative oversight of contractual matters, including schedule and cost management.
  • Support:Manage services simultaneously while supporting various projects, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of contract data deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

``` - - Minimum of ten (10) years of program management experience, including both technical and administrative aspects of Government contract performance.

``` - - At least five (5) years of experience managing Federal Government programs/contracts.

``` - - Experience with administrative oversight of contractual matters and serving as a liaison between the Customer Representative and corporate management.
