Description
We are in search of a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team based in Pooler, Georgia. You will be an integral part of our team, utilizing your skills in Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and SSRS to manage SQL databases and deliver significant business insights. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that will influence business decisions
• Utilize SQL databases, including SQL Server and MySQL, to manage data effectively
• Develop and manage SQL queries, joins, and stored procedures
• Leverage reporting tools such as SSRS Reports, and Power BI Reports to create comprehensive reports
• Handle database management, data visualization, and process documentation tasks
• Utilize programming languages, including C#, .NET, Python, and Transact-SQL, when necessary
• Employ Microsoft applications, such as Visio, Excel, and Power BI, to manage and present data
• Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, showcasing excellent communication skills
• Familiarize with project management and user testing methodologies to ensure effective implementation of projects.
Requirements • Proficiency in analytics and data interpretation is required
• Must possess strong skills in Business Intelligence (BI)
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence Technologies is essential
• Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is required
