Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Prepare and review complex journal entries and reconciliations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Support internal and external audits.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2-5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting.
Experience in manufacturing and inventory management
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Google Docs
MS Excel, Advanced, VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables
ERP Software Experience
Skills
Bank Reconciliations (2 years of experience is required)
Journal Entries (2 years of experience is required)
General Ledger (1 year of experience is required)
