CSKT Grounds & Building Maintenance Lead in POLSON, Montana
The Blue Bay Grounds and Building Maintenance Lead Worker position is a furloughable (6-month) position responsible for maintenance at the CSKT Blue Bay Campground, and associated buildings. On occasion the incumbent may be called upon to assist with other natural resource projects such as fish and wildlife habitat improvement projects.
MINIMUM RECRUITING QUALIFICATIONS AS REFLECTED ON TRIBAL EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a minimum of four (4) years work experience/education in this field. Knowledge of basic carpentry and building maintenance operations including plumbing and minor electrical work. Requires the skill to supervise other Blue Bay Grounds and Maintenance Workers and youth workers. Must be able to swim or tread water as this work requires incumbent to maintain structures on and around bodies of water. Must have a valid driver's license. Will be required to obtain online defensive driving training upon hiring, and renew every three (3) years thereafter, along with obtaining and maintaining current First Aid/CPR certifications.
