JOB REQUIREMENTS: Enjoy getting your work done in the morning so you can spend the afternoon outside!? Do you like fast-paced work that will not be boring? We have a great job for you! Looking for a Dispatcher to start at 5am and work until about 11am Monday through Friday. Duties include: -Organize and oversee the day-to-day traffic of carriers and shipments going in and out of warehouse -Address inquiries and issues from the warehouse personnel and carriers -Use various forms of communication such as phone and email -Check in drivers and direct them to appropriate doors for pickup and delivery -Schedule appointments with clients -Create and distribute paperwork associated with shipments -Be a key partner between customer service, warehouse, management and clients ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -One to two years of experience in shipping and receiving, data entry, or a related area preferred. -Must have good mathematical and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and accuracy. -Ability to troubleshoot problems related to inbound/outbound carrier paperwork, pallets, and carrier appointments. -Good data entry skills and proficient use of a calculator. -Knowledge of the ERP system, and Microsoft Outlook & Office products. -Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. -Good verbal communication skills. -Experience with warehouse management systems. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: sheboygan@flexstaff.com Apply Online: www.flexstaff.com Call For Appointment: 920-287-3500 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
