Aston Carter Accounts Payable Specialist in Plymouth, Minnesota
Description:
Process, record, verify and pay invoices and expenses for goods and services on a timely basis.
Respond to vendor queries and enter data for payments for our Finance Department.
Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
Posts domestic and international invoices
Prepares and analyzes the GR/IR (Goods Received/Invoice Received) reporting and distributes to purchasing teams
Maintains, analyzes and reconciles accounts payable ledger accounts
Reviews vendor statements and communicates with vendors regarding payment status
May process colleague expenses/reimbursement requests for payment
May assist purchasing agents and other colleagues with miscellaneous paperwork and reporting
Prepares a variety of reports, analyzes data and identifies/recommends solutions
Develops, directs, plans and evaluates accounts payable policies and procedures,
