The Position

Incorporating innovative thinking and digital acumen, the Global Lead for Enterprise Learning and Development is a pivotal role essential for driving the organization forward in today's fast-paced, technology-driven world. Digital acumen is particularly crucial, as it involves understanding and leveraging digital resources to enhance learning and development initiatives. By integrating these elements, the Global Lead can ensure that the training offerings are not only aligned with company objectives but also equipped to prepare the workforce for the digital future. This forward-thinking approach will also contribute to the growth of the talent pipeline and support the company's DEI&B strategy by promoting an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and technological skills are fostered.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Talent Development Learning team, ensuring effective management of both team dynamics and financial resources.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Development Lead to formulate a comprehensive learning strategy, integrating both qualitative and quantitative insights that align with overarching talent objectives.

  • Foster a learning environment that prioritizes personal growth, actively promotes continuous education, and effectively communicates organizational changes in partnership with cross functional business partners and suppliers.

  • Spearhead the ongoing development and refinement of educational curricula, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Implement learning programs that focus on developing digital competencies, ensuring they are accessible and tailored to various skill levels within the organization.

  • Carefully select and maintain vendor relationships to ensure that training solutions are not only effective but also resonate with the company's culture.

  • Engage with the wider Learning network and stakeholders to identify common business challenges, drive solutions, and connect the dots across various business units.

  • Manage and optimize the annual budget with foresight, preparing for future financial needs associated with new initiatives.

  • Partner with Learning Delivery to advance our digital learning delivery capabilities, create insights that inform our learning strategy and measure results for continuous improvements

  • Stay informed of industry best practices through benchmarking and networking, bringing valuable external insights into the organization.

  • Monitor and measure the impact of development initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance learning strategies.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field.

  • Ten plus years’ experience in Learning or other applicable experience.

  • Experience developing and implementing Learning strategies and programs across enterprise, global and cross functional settings.

  • Strong people skills and the ability to positively influence, guide and partner with team members, HR, Functional Leadership and Development, and the business.

  • A strategic mindset, with strong critical thinking skills.

  • Initiative-taker able to find out of the box solutions and execute on them.

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to identify priorities and connect dots.

  • Ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and within deadlines.

  • Creative and curious with a future focused and agile mindset.

Annualized Salary Range (US)

$150,600.00 - $256,300.00
