Overview

The Sr. Associate will be part of a Client Operations team on a well-known electronics and technology brand. This position has tremendous learning potential and provides the opportunity to be on the ground of a high-energy, highly visible account.

Support Publicis Constellation Groupe (PCG) Client Operations Directors and Managers with billing, processes, systems management and general operations tasks as delegated. This position will become very familiar with billing processes and reporting for a large, high-profile account. The ideal candidate is someone with an analytic mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

· Assist the Client Operations Manager with processing monthly billing and financial reporting

· Assist the Client Operations Director with miscellaneous operations tasks and projects

· Project manage large teams for specific deliverables on a monthly or ad hoc basis

· Pull and compile data on a monthly as well as on needed basis

· Keeping track of Media authorizations

· Liaise with client and internal teams to resolve client billing issues

Qualifications

· Minimum of 1 year experience in operations, finance, project management or data analysis, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or finance preferred

· Understands and can meet deadlines

· Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

· Able to multi-task and take on a variety of projects

· Must be pro-active, curious, creative problem solver

Required Skills:

· Strong math and analytical skills

· Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Excellent project management skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must

· Willingness to learn and understand process

· Strong ability to multitask

· Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

· Positive, solution-oriented attitude

· Able to work successfully with teams and different personalities

The benefits offerings listed are available to eligible U.S. Based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

Compensation Range: $49,305- $65,415. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
