Community Hospital Corporation Director of Sales - Healthcare IT MSP in Plano, Texas

Community Hospital Corporation (CHC), a DFW Top 100 Employer, is looking for a MSP Sales Director - Healthcare IT who is responsible for the sale of IT and Telecom service offerings and will be the architect of the sales strategy, working to achieve ambitious growth targets. The Director will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities across the United States, developing impactful sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Major Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with CHC Corporate IT and Telecom teams to develop sales strategies and tactical plans

  • Develop prospecting strategies and tactics to drive sales and long term relationships

  • Make regular sales calls and presentations

  • Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP's) in related fields, developing proposals

  • Respond to prospect requests timely and appropriately

  • Manage all sales related data entry and management

  • Provide pipeline analytics to executive management regularly

  • Attend appropriate trade shows and conferences, representing IT Ventures and CHC

General Duties

  • Monitors changes/requirements in healthcare-related information technology and security

  • Performs miscellaneous related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the IT and/or Telecom services industry, demonstrating consistent achievement and/or exceeding sales goals

  • Proven track record of closing deals: Quantifiable examples of deals closed, revenue generated, and exceeding quotas are crucial

  • Relationship building and prospecting skills: Examples of successfully identifying and nurturing leads to conversion will be highly valued

  • Understanding of the IT and Telecom services landscape: Knowledge of relevant trends, solutions, and competitor landscape is necessary to effectively present value to clients

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time
