Customer Service Duties Include:
Answer phones w/ a smile every time while providing outstanding customer service. Receive inbound sales calls, data entry, sales support, troubleshoot simple equipment and software issues over the phone and assist with accounts receivable.
Requirements:
- Hours 8am-5pm M-F
- Must exude a professional and pleasant phone manner while communicating with customers. Ability to interact with the customer in both oral and written form.
- Strong organization and communication skills
- PC experience with familiarity of common computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated and possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Stable work history
- Excellent customer service skills
- QuickBooks experience a plus
