Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing solutions for new use cases. Responsible for overall system design Review and approve system design for new use cases. Responsible for overall code and configuration Review and approve code deliverables. Coach and mentor developers Code applications, interfaces, modules, components, and reports Complete testing plan and checklists Produce requested Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) deliverables. Complete transition and maintenance plans to enable state staff to maintain applications, code, interfaces, modules, components, and reports. Perform knowledge transfer to state staff. Create technical documentation. Document and maintain the Incident Response Plan (IRP) Document, track and resolve technical exception requests (TRB) Document and maintain the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) Responsible for Health Service ESB's SSP / ATO / POAMS Follow configuration management processes implemented. Vendor support for Rhapsody licensing and software.
Required technical and health care IT skills (7+ years' experience):
HL7 version 2.x messaging HL7 FHIR CDA standards and related document types Health care vocabularies; LONIC, SNOMED, RxNorm Health Information Exchange (HIE) technology Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) Implementing solutions based on Implementation Guides Java script programming SQL and XML
