Firmenich Incorporated Project Management Office Lead, Key Global Accounts in Plainsboro, New Jersey
Manage projects and provide global business support for Key Global Accounts (KGAs) dedicated to the KGA Global team for Taste, while also serving Ingredient Solutions business to leverage best practices. Responsibilities include: acting as a single point of contact for KGAs in Special Projects, as well as Strategy, Operations, etc.; leading special projects/task forces relative to KGAs; coordinating RFIs/RFPs submissions, strategic positioning and Core List proposals in support of Sales Managers; contributing to Account Plans, monitoring monthly vitality KPIs by account, and communicating with key stakeholders to identify and resolve problems and drive performance; collaborating with Global Pricing and Business Controlling on budget, pricing and profit management; and, sharing best practices, building KGA community including governance, processes and tools. Hybrid work schedule available. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in the Flavors/Taste industry. All qualifying experience must include: demonstrated ability to influence regional and global interdependencies related to internal business operations, pricing strategies, and supply chain dynamics; managing business vitality for Key Accounts by creating comprehensive account dashboards; expert interpretation of vitality data to provide strategic direction to Sales and Leadership teams; global/international experience spanning at least two regions; demonstrated expertise in commercial operations roles including internal sales, pricing office, marketing, and customer care, with a focus on supporting local, regional, and global accounts; and, demonstrated knowledge of flavor technologies and processes, and their implications in cost models and profitability.Resumes to Firmenich Incorporated at: charmi.shah@dsm-firmenich.com
